SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed Monday-Friday go out the following business day from our New Jersey studio (most orders ship same day!) Expedited shipping is available.    USPS / UPS PROBLEMS Can’t find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it’s out of our control! If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us at herecomesthefunshop@gmail.com   

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Did you enter your delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us before 1pm PT the day that you placed your order, we can update that for you. However, if you did not realize your mistake or are late to contact us, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order. No worries!  

HOLIDAY SEASON

Ordering during the holidays? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during this busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your goodies delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose UPS or USPS Express.
